The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta has announced a $15 million gift from the A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation to endow a scholarship fund at its College of Engineering.
The gift will establish the A. James Clark Scholars Program, which each year will support ten incoming students who exhibit academic potential, leadership skills, and financial need. Throughout their four years in the program, Clark Scholars will pursue a rigorous engineering education, take business classes, participate in intensive summer programs, and work on semester-long community service projects.
