OVERVIEW

Our free, one-hour webinar will provide an overview of the processes recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to complete a complex supply chain project using the methodology outlined their official publication, the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). To provide a high-level illustration of these process steps in action, SCL course instructor and webinar host John Szoke with LeanCor, will provide a review of a warehouse design project that was executed in 2017 using the PMBOK methodology coupled with lean principles. Attendees will be able to have their questions answered by a Project Management expert!

John Szoke is instructor of the Georgia Tech Supply Chain Project Management series and Lean Deployment Executive with LeanCor. John has over 15 years of hands-on supply chain experience and at LeanCor, has been responsible for leading comprehensive lean supply chain transformations for various complex organizations -- from Fortune 500 companies through small regional manufacturers.
