Weekend Grocery Shuttle: The Weekend Grocery Shuttle will operate as normal except on Sunday, March 18. On this day, the bus stops along Techwood Drive and at North Avenue Apartments will be closed until 3:00 p.m. due to the Publix Georgia Marathon. The GLC, Transit Hub, Student Center, Fitten Hall, and 8th@Hemphill stops will remain open.
Normal Service: The Tech Trolley; Red, Blue, and Green Stingers; Tech Square Express; GT-Emory and NARA-TEP Shuttles; and Midnight Rambler will operate their normal service days, hours, and frequencies.
Please use NextBus.com or NextBus mobile apps to help predict bus arrival times and track vehicles.
Stingerette: The Stingerette Nighttime service will be available for rides between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. each night. To schedule a ride, please use the Stingerette web interface, or mobile iOs or Android app, or call PTS Dispatch at 404-385-7433. The Stingerette Paratransit service will operate using its normal schedule Monday through Friday.
Normal parking regulations will be in effect during Spring Break. Please be sure that your parking permit is displayed properly to avoid citations or towing.
The Publix Georgia Marathon will be held Sunday, March 18, 2018. Please move your vehicles from the following areas before Sunday at 5:00 a.m.:
-ER51: Techwood Drive from 5th Street to North Avenue
-W06: Tech Parkway from North Avenue to Means Street/Regents Avenue
ER51 and W06 customers who are leaving their cars on campus during Spring Break are welcome to park in open spaces within your assigned permit area. You may also call (404)385-PARK to find alternate parking.
GTPD will be towing vehicles from these areas to clear the course for marathon participants. Towed cars will be removed from campus and taken to A-TOW (180 Harriett St., Atlanta, GAT 30315).
If you think your car has been towed, first, please go to http://ga.towedcar.com and follow the instructions. If that does not provide the results you are searching for, please call GTPD at 404-894-2500.
