Full Summary: Program aimed to introduce participants to a natural, effortless meditation technique through personalized instruction.

With so much stress in everyday life, it has become challenging to stay calm and contented. Meditation helps declutter the mind, improves the concentration level and keeps us focused. Meditation is “the fine art of doing nothing, letting go everything and being your own self.” The benefits of meditation are well-documented and millions of people around the world find peace of mind and happiness from their meditation practice. However, many people don’t know where to start or when they do they sometimes get ‘stuck’.

Yesplus Art of Meditation is a natural, effortless system of meditation. This program is excellent for those looking to begin a meditation practice as well for those who want to deepen their current practice. Unlike guided meditation, Yesplus Art of Meditation does not require accessories or guidance once learned. It does not require controlling the mind or vigilant observation of thoughts.

During the program, you will receive personalized instructions from qualified teachers. The program teaches you to let go of tensions and stress, providing the mind with a much-needed deep rest and rejuvenation for the body. The technique taught in Yesplus Art of Meditation allows the mind to settle down in the present moment.
