There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Due to significant changes to OIE’s International Student & Scholar staffing, International Student Advisors will not be available for walk-in advising on Wednesday afternoons (1pm- 4:30pm) effective immediately through the end of May. Advisors will be available for walk-in advising Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 1pm- 4:30pm. You may also meet with advisors for appointments on Mon/Tues/Thurs mornings as normal.
We truly appreciate your patience with us regarding response time to phone calls, emails, and e-form processing during this time of transitioning. We look forward to growing our advising team and becoming fully staffed again soon!
