Greek Allies is Georgia Tech’s LGBTQIA ally training program for all fraternity and sorority members hosted by the LGBTQIA Resource Center. The interactive curriculum is modeled on Safe Space but contains scenarios, discussions, and information relevant to members of Greek organizations. The training is 3.5-hours long and will be offered at times when most students are likely to be available. This is a peer-led, interactive opportunity for Greek members to increase their awareness and practice of inclusivity and equity for the LGBTQIA community. Two or three trained student facilitators from fraternities and sororities will lead the training. Dinner is provided.
