The first annual Speech & Quiz Contest in the Southeastern United States will be held right here at Georgia Tech on April 14th! Hosted by the Korean Education Center, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta, and the Georgia Tech School of Modern Languages, the festival will include speech contests, a quiz game, performances by K-POP dance teams, and an awards ceremony.

The speech contest will include teams from institutions around the Southeast, and is open to all current students of Korean--both heritage and non-heritage speakers. The contest will include several brackets for different skill levels.

The quiz contest requires an understanding of Korean culture, history, politics, economy, etc., as well as the Korean language. It is open to all past and current students in Korean.

For more information and to sign up, talk to your Korean instructor.
