RespectCon aims to end violence on college and university campuses through a social justice lens. Established in 2012, the conference regularly draws more than a hundred attendees from across the country to Emory University in Atlanta, GA. It is the only annual meeting dedicated to addressing sexual violence through social justice informed approaches and collaboration.

Call for Proposals Still Open! If you have ideas about new programs and research, best practices in prevention and advocacy, and ways to interact with other students and professionals in anti-violence work, we are excited to receive program proposal submissions from you! RespectCon is seeking proposals that include social justice approaches, intersecting forms of oppression, interdisciplinary collaborations, and cross-cultural work. Proposals highlighting creative and innovative practices in primary prevention and survivor-centered response are strongly encouraged. Students, faculty, staff and community partners are all welcome to submit!
