Full Summary: GTRI presents the first FalconView Symposium in the GTRI Conference Center.
FalconView SymposiumGeorgia Tech Research Institute presents the inaugural FalconView Symposium to showcase best practices for the software.
GTRI will present several sessions on FalconView integration best practices and the trade-offs for various other integration scenarios. Two tracks, one covering applications and user experiences, as well as one showcasing developer experiences, will be offered.
FalconView community members also are invited to share their posters, presentations and demonstrations in 20- to 30-minute presentations with as wide of a variety of applications as possible. Keep in mind, this is an open conference: Discussions should be kept to unclassified or unlimited distribution levels.
FalconView is a mapping tool for Windows developed by GTRI for the U.S. government. It supports the display of aeronautical charts, satellite images and elevation maps, in addition to overlay types that can be displayed over any map background.
