The purpose of the Inclusive Leadership Conference is to give student leaders from different communities the opportunity to interface with the common goal of fostering a stronger, deeper, broader sense of community at Georgia Tech. This year's theme is InclYOUsivity: The Change Starts With You. Student leaders will enhance their campus leadership by developing diversity and incorporating inclusion in their own organizations, creating an environment that is actively inclusive of Yellow Jackets from communities outside their own. We will have workshops on Allyship, Diversity, Privilege, and Civil Discourse. This conference is open to any student leader (or aspiring student leader!) on campus. Please contact Barry Johnson-Smith at barryjohnsonsmith23@gmail.com or Calvin Runnels at calvinmrunnels@gmail.com if you have questions or desire further information.
