National program addresses diversity, tech talent pipeline in Indy

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Kicking off in the Fall 2018-19 school year, the Bloom Project, a local nonprofit organization providing service projects and career exploration opportunities for youth ages 12-18, will launch EarSketch in Indianapolis. The national program, created by Georgia Tech, has chosen Indianapolis and is partnering with the Bloom Project’s STEM initiative, Tech Kings.
