Mindfulness Week: Heartfulness Meditation

Heartfulness meditation is a form of meditation on the heart that helps us to take a moment to pause our minds, relax, and connect with ourselves. This form of meditation is a simple approach that only requires you to focus inward, on your heart, to cultivate inner strength and serenity and achieve these benefits.  Regular practice of meditation has the following benefits: improved quality of life, stress relief, better quality of sleep, and greater concentration.  Join the GT Meditation Club and other students, faculty, and staff in achieving these goals.
