Free Mindfulness Class

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Health Initiatives will be offering a weekly mindfulness class for faculty, staff, and students in Spring 2018. Each class will provide a guided meditation and discussion of the benefits of the continued practice. Mindfulness leads to a better understanding of oneself, greater emotional balance, and resilience. 

You are welcome to drop-in to attend any class; no registration is required and the class is FREE.
