Systems of self-improvement such as meditation, Taichi, and Qigong have existed for thousands of years in Asia. Spirituality and holistic medicine are also cornerstones of traditional Chinese culture. But where do these practices come from? And how can they apply in our world today?

Come and join us for a night of enlightened discourse, learning, and meditation!

Dr. Frank Tian Xie, Professor at University of S. Carolina Aiken and Visiting Scholar at the National Taiwan University will give a presentation, followed by a Q&A and meditation activity.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

RSVP via Orgsync.
