This workshop will help you develop skills in recognizing and changing thought patterns that cause unnecessary stress and suffering. These skills are based on the principles of cognitive therapy, which have been shown to be effective in reducing stress and increasing well-being.
 
This workshop is a part of the Georgia Tech Counseling Center's Wellness and Stress Management series and is held in the Instructional Center (IC) Room 115. These 50-minute workshops are open to all members of the Georgia Tech community.
