This six-week series focuses on teaching students, faculty and staff skills related to nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management. You will learn how to incorporate these skills into your daily life so you can flourish and be fulfilled.

Topics include:

  • Goal Setting

  • Personal fitness, nutrition, stress management and lifestyle change

  • Essential concepts in nutrition to a fit and healthy lifestyle

  • Understanding the role that exercise plays in weight management and the prevention of chronic disease.

  • Personal stress relief techniques.

Space is limited and registration is required. There is no cost to participate in this program.
