Mud crab feeding experiment

The feeding habits of mud crabs were measured while the crabs reacted to chemicals in blue crab urine that cause the crabs to hide. Blue crabs prey upon mud crabs, and the chemicals alert the mud crabs to predatory danger. Credit: Georgia Tech / Remy Poulin
