There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Spring 2018 semester at Georgia Tech has finally begun, and before you know it, it will be time to make arrangements for May. The following dates will help you plan ahead for spring travel plans.
Students who apply for summer housing and have a co-op or internship pending should begin preparing to move out at the end of this semester. Frequently job offers and acceptances are made at the last minute, and you may have to move out quickly. Plan ahead for an official check-out with your RA or PL so that you do not incur additional charges.
Please plan accordingly - NO early room changes or late check-outs will be allowed. If you are switching rooms for summer and need to leave campus before Sunday, May 6, 2018, all belongings must be removed from you spring room and an offcial check-out completed.
