On October 24, 2017, The Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy (CISTP) in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs hosted Kartikeya Singh, Deputy Director of the Wadhwani Chair in U.S.-India Policy studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
His visit was filled with stakeholder meetings for those interested in engaging Indian states on energy. Singh also gave a talk on “Of Sun, Gods and Solar Energy.”
SIngh's research focuses on climate change, energy policy, and geopolitics. He has traveled across the world exploring energy geopolitics in changing circumstances. He has worked for the Republica of Maldives, the US Department of Energy. He has a BS from Furman University a M.E.Sc from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
