Kwok Tsui Elected Fellow of the American Statistical Association

Kwok Tsui, Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering, has been elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Association in 2003. The fellow status is the highest grade given to ASA members. The citation of his fellow nomination reads as follows: "For significant contributions to robust parameter design, statistical process control, data mining, and industrial statistics; for his leading role in the interface between statistics and industrial engineering; and for his dedicated professional service."
