There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Craig Zimring's class, Healthcare Design of the Future, will host its annual student project showcase on December 12 from 5 to 7:30 pm.
This annual event brings together healthcare and design leaders from around metro Atlanta and the country to interact with Georgia Tech students who have created working designs and systems to improve healthcare.
During the event, advanced architecture, industrial design, health systems engineering and biomedical engineering, human-computer interaction, and psychology students will present multidisciplinary human-centered design projects intended to improve pediatric cardiac service for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) in the ICU.
Students will present their projects between 5 pm and 7:30 pm.
The event will be held at SimTigrate: 828 West Peachtree St. NW, Suite 334.
