There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. New students are encouraged to complete room changes prior to January move-in, and current residents can take advantage of Room Switch Day (December 17, 2017) between semesters. Room Swap and Administrative Room Change are services available in My Housing.
If necessary on Last Chance Room Change Days students have one last chance to change rooms without incurring a charge. These days are Wednesday through Friday, January 10-12, 2018. Both students should go together to the appropriate area office to request a room change, and be sure to take your room keys with you. Please note that freshmen are NOT eligible to live in or switch to apartment style housing.
