Seven History, Technology, and Society (HTS) majors, one Applied Languages and Intercultural Studies (ALIS) major, one International Affairs and Modern Languages (IAML) major, and one Public Policy (PUBP) major presented at the 2017 School of History and Sociology (HSOC) Undergraduate Research Symposium held in the Stephen C. Hall Building on Wednesday, November 29.

The students’ presentations ranged on topics from race, gender, and incarceration to the ethics of decision-making about meat consumption. Students, faculty, and staff were invited to attend, and refreshments and lunch were provided.

Students and faculty featured in the photo are Hannah Corpe (HTS), Kayla McManus-Viana (HTS), Amy D’Unger (Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies, HSOC), Shekinah Hall (PUBP), Kayleigh Haskin (HTS/INTA) Ali Yildirim (HTS), Bella Vear (HTS), Cory Pope (HTS).
