Please join Dr. Chris Le Dantec, Dr. Carl DiSalvo, and Serve-Learn-Sustain for a faculty workshop on community-engaged learning. The Serve-Learn-Sustain teaching toolkit is up and running, and it offers a range of resources and tools for faculty interested in teaching their students about service learning and working with communities. Dr. DiSalvo will be discussing an interactive tool that teaches students about smart cities, while Dr. Le Dantec will introduce you to the Community Engaged Playbook, a field guide for working effectively with communities outside the classroom.
