With holiday season upon us and finals around the corner, it might feel impossible to make smart and healthy decisions in regards to your nutrition. On average, Americans gain between one to two pounds between November and January. However, Health Initiatives and Dining Services have partnered up to bring you “Eating Smart & Happy.” The events in this series help guide you through these next few weeks by arming you with a few easy strategies for eating healthy, smart, and happy.

A registered dietician will be available every other Monday at West Village Dining to help you learn about:

  • Mindful Eating

  • Eating Well when Eating Out

  • Brain Food

  • Stress Eating

Come chat with our dietician! In addition to providing you with tips and tricks about that week’s topic, she will also be able to answer your nutrition questions and help you stay healthy and happy.

Need more personalized information and nutrition strategies? For only $5, you can meet with our dieticians for an analysis of your current diet and a personalized action plan.  Schedule an appointment by calling (404) 894-9980.
