No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Prof. Bruce Walker on Thursday Nov 2, 2017, gave a presentation at the Embassy of Kenya in Washington, DC, as part of the launch of a new collaborative project with the not-for-profit organization inABLE (inable.org), aiming to teach employable computer skills to blind and low-vision adults in Kenya. Prof. Walker's Sonification Lab is a research partner in the project. GT's Alternative Media Access Center (AMAC) is also collaborating on the training aspects.
