The Women in Music Technology group is proud to announce the second edition of its fall concert and reception!

Immerse yourself in the universe of Mouvement and Music through music technology. Discover how we control music with gestures, control videos with sound features, and explore the intimate relationship between dance and music with us. Listen to performances from the Women's choir, music technology students, and a piece from our special guest composer, Dr Dorothy Hindman.

The concert is free and will take place in the new building on campus: The West Village concert hall, Room 175, on November 9 at 7pm.

It will be followed by a reception with music, interesting conversations, food and beverages.

Women in Music Technology is a new student organization and the core of its mission is the recruitment of female students and the promotion of women's work in the field of Music Technology. This concert is an opportunity for female performers and composers to show Georgia Tech what Music Technology really is.

We warmly thank our supporters: the School of Music and the College of Design, as well as our collaborators: the ADVANCE program, the Women's Resource Center, the Office of the Arts, the Student Center, and the Office of Institute Diversity.
