There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

In light of recent national data breaches, we want to remind you to protect your identity. One way to do so is by ensuring you are the only person who receives your W-2. (If you received a paycheck from Georgia Tech in 2017, you must have a W-2 to report your wages to the IRS.)
W-2s become available in January, either electronically or by mail. Georgia Tech Human Resources mails W-2s to the address shown on your last paystub. If that address is not correct and you have not elected to receive your W-2 electronically, your identity may be at risk.
Remember, W-2s contain your most sensitive information — including your social security number. If the address you last provided Human Resources is not correct, we cannot guarantee you will receive your W-2 nor can we guarantee the new resident of that address won’t open it.
For ease of access and protection of identity, consider receiving your W-2 electronically in 2018:
