Agnes Scott College will host the fourth annual Atlanta Undergraduate Conference on Health & Society on November 18th, 2017. This one-day conference is an opportunity for undergraduate students from across the social sciences, public health, and natural sciences who are interested in health to come together to share their work in a friendly environment.
Presentations of class projects, internships, study abroads, or critical literature reviews are welcome. Students have a choice of either a 12 minute oral presentation or a poster presentation. The focus is genuinely on the experience of delivering a presentation rather than on having work ready for a professional-level conference; the conference day also includes networking opportunities for students.
Conference registration may be completed here and the deadline for submission of abstracts is October 20th. The conference will run from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 18th.
