How to Foster a High Trust Culture
Presented by John Waters, Waters Business Consulting Group, LLC

High trust cultures are less susceptible to fraud and enjoy greater productivity and employee retention. When a high trust culture exists, there is a greater transparency and authenticity which helps empower individuals to make better decisions and own up to the not-so-good decisions.

Keynote speaker, John Waters, will talk about high trust cultures and making good decisions through his “Good Decisions by Design” program. Georgia Tech community members will learn how to empower each other to make better decisions in any situation as well as take accountability for bad decisions and turn them into growth opportunities.

An interactive panel discussion will follow the presentation.

Space is limited, register today! RSVP by Tuesday, November 7 at ethicalleadership@gatech.edu.
