Stinger_1017A commercial will be filmed on campus on Monday, October 9, 2017. The film crew will utilize E45-President’s lot and Cherry Street for this event.
E45 Customers: Please remove your vehicles from this area by 3:00 p.m. on Monday. You are welcome to park in E46-Burge deck, E48-Wardlaw deck or E52-Peters deck. Access for these locations will be added to your BuzzCards or Carpool Permits. If you have a reserved space and expect to have visitors on Monday, please email Michelle Williams, PTS Event Coordinator, at michelle.williams@pts.gatech.edu for assistance.
In addition, Cherry Street (from North Avenue to Ferst Drive) will be closed to through traffic from 10:00 a.m .to 8:00 p.m. A GT Police officer will be on duty directing traffic in this area. W01 permit customers parked in the Aerospace Engineering lot on Cherry Street will be allowed to exit only from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; entrances to this lot will not be allowed during these times. You are welcome to park in other W01 parking spaces during this event.
Transit: Red and Blue Stinger buses and the NARA/TEP Shuttle will be rerouted to Tech Parkway. Bus stops at the Student Center, Transit Hub, and Ferst Drive/Cherry Street will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Temporary stops will be available on Tech Parkway across from the Transit Hub and at Tech Parkway/State Street.
Normal conditions should resume Tuesday, October 10.
