General Philip Breedlove USAF (Ret.), distinguished professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, was the featured speaker at CARE’s Global Leaders Network. The event honored national security, business and military leaders who support CARE. CARE is nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting global poverty by empowering women through education and economic opportunities. Michelle Nunn, CARE’s President and CEO, is the daughter of Senator Sam Nunn.
General Breedlove joined the Nunn School as distinguished professor in 2016 following his retirement as the Commander, Supreme Allied Command, Europe, SHAPE and U.S. European Command.
