Noshir Contractor is the Jane S. & William J. White Professor of Behavioral Sciences and Director of the Science of Networks in Communities (SONIC) Research Group at Northwestern University. He has extensive expertise in the study of dynamically linked social and knowledge networks in a wide variety of contexts including translational science and engineering.
Robert Atkinson is president of the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) and has served on Presidential advisory boards under three administrations.
