There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. On September 24, 2017, a proclamation was made to augment the March 6, 2017, Executive Order (EO) 13780. The current restrictions set out under the March 6, 2017, Executive Order, in compliance with court modifications, are still in effect for citizens from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen. On October 18, 2017, new conditions will take effect for citizens from Chad, North Korea and Venezuela. http://www.gatech.edu/travel-visas
