**Class meets every Thursday between Sept. 14 & Oct. 12, 2017**

In this 5-week Introduction to Meditation Course you will learn, explore, and discover how meditation can enrich your life with meaning and fulfillment. The course is intended for beginners as well as those seeking to go deeper into their meditation practice. Whether you are interested in meditation for stress reduction, mental focus, emotional regulation, or spiritual awakening this course will provide you with a set of practices that are indispensable for self-improvement and self-discovery. Join us on this 5-week journey and learn how to unlock your full potential as an amazing human being!

We will meet once a week over 5-weeks to receive instructions in meditation and further teachings by Jason Tsukahara. At the weekly meetings there will also be time for discussion and Q&A. It is not required but you will be encouraged to maintain a daily meditation practice over the duration of the course.

Any Georgia Tech student, faculty, or staff is welcome to attend!
