Join the Office of Campus Sustainability and Convivial Gardens to learn about Winter Gardening. We will cover the five essential elements of a healthy garden (sun, soil, water, location, plants) as well as the right ratio to turn your red clay into fertile soil. Grow a healthy garden by learning sustainable, organic growing methods, and set yourself up for success by learning what to plant, as well as how and where to plant it. We will also cover garden maintenance, discuss possible organic inputs, and get a wealth of tips and tricks from a landscape expert.

Light refreshments will be provided.
