DR. JEANNE GUILLIMEN is a Research Professor of Sociology at Boston College, and is the author of the books Biological Weapons: From the Invention of State-Sponsored Programs to Contemporary Bioterrorism and Anthrax: The Investigation of a Deadly Outbreak, a study of the 1979 Sverdlovsk chemical disaster.
DR. MARGARET KOSAL is a Visiting Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. She served as Science and Technology Advisor on Chemical and Biological Defense and Chemical Demilitarization within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). She also served as the first liaison to the Biological and Chemical Technologies Directorate at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
DR. KJ DENNISON is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Sam Nunn Security Program.
