There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Wednesday, August 23 through Friday, August 25, 2017, are the last days to change your Fall 2017 room assignment. Students who wish to switch rooms should go together to the appropriate area office(s) on one of these three days between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Be sure to have your room keys with you when you go. The area office will work with the Central Housing Office to make the requested room switch and issue your new keys. You may want to have your personal items packed and ready to move prior to going to the area office so you will be prepared to make the actual move quickly. Any changes requested after these dates will incur a Room Change fee.
The only vacancies at this time are in Freshman Experience. Freshmen who wish to inquire about moving to a vacant room may call or visit the Central Housing Office August 23-25, 2017, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Should any vacancies exist and a suitable room is selected, you will be given instructions at that time on how to make the change.
