Alan Marco, Associate Professor in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech, recently presented a TEDx Talk titled "Why the patent system should look more like Indiana and less like Kentucky" in Tysons Corner, VA, near Washington, DC. In the presentation, Marco shared the story of Abraham Lincoln's childhood in Kentucky and Indiana, going on to add how Indiana's more organized property patent system was repsonsbile for the Lincoln family moving to Indiana.
