*********************************
There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Submit an Abstract!

Abstracts can be submitted here until Sept. 1, 2017.  All postdocs affiliated with Georgia Tech are eligible to submit one abstract each. Postdocs will be notified if they will present a poster or a lightning talk by Sept. 8.

Awards

The Georgia Tech Postdoctoral Research Symposium awards are the only campuswide source of travel funds available to postdocs! We are currently working to confirm the awards that will be available this year and will add to the award list as we do. A list of 2016 Postdoctoral Research Symposium Awardees can be found here.

New this year: Lightning Talks

This year, postdocs selected to give a talk will have five minutes to present their research and its significance. We're trying the lightning talk format in response to feedback from previous years that more postdocs should have the opportunity to speak at the symposium.
