There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Georgia Tech Human Resources offers a unique opportunity for new graduate student employees (GRAs, GTAs and GAs) to complete all new hire paperwork in a one-stop shop. This year’s Graduate Student Employee Processing event (GSEP) will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 16 and 17 in the Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons (CULC), third floor. Students may choose to arrive at any time during either session.
On both days, students will have the opportunity to submit documents and ask questions about the onboarding process. Representatives from the U.S. Social Security Administration, as well as a select group of banks, will also be in attendance should students require their assistance.
Attendance of incoming graduate student employees is expected to top 500 over the two-day period. To limit processing time, it is highly recommended that students complete compliance paperwork online prior to the session. Necessary forms and information, including the GSEP Student Checklist, are available at http://www.ohr.gatech.edu/graduateprocessing.
Georgia Tech Human Resources encourages incoming graduate students to review the website and acquire needed documentation.
