The awards were announced by the Neukom Institute for Computational Science at Dartmouth College on Tuesday, June 20th, during the Music Metacreation Workshop (MuMe), part of the International Conference on Computational Creativity (ICCC), in Atlanta.
The contest pits poetry, literature, music, and dance created by machines against works created by humans. In its second year, the Awards were estabished to recognize artificial intelligence creations that are indistinguishable from human work.
