School of History, Technology, and Society Chair, Ron Bayor, has completed a three-year term as president of the Immigration and Ethnic History Society (IEHS).

The paper is a study of ethnic behaviors that have persisted into the fifth generation after immigration. Bayor used psychiatric studies, cultural and medical anthropology, and family therapy to substantiate his points combining traditional historical sources with those from science and medicine.
