No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Tubing Operations for Human Logistics (TOHL) is a company originally founded by Georgia Tech students to transport water to isolated populations during disaster situations.
Inspired by the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, the students came up with an efficient, less costly solution using a patented process that employs flexible tubing and a helicopter.
