There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Tech and Georgia State will co-host the 2017 National SeaPerch Challenge, one of the nations’ largest K-12 underwater robotics competitions, May 19-20, 2017. Middle and high school teams will compete and showcase their STEM skills at the Georgia Tech McCauley Aquatics Center in the Campus Recreation Center.

The event is hosted by co-partners Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) and the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) Foundation. Volunteers are needed for the following:  

  • Team registration
  • Helping teams
  • Pool judges
  • Presentation judges
  • Course break-down

  • Friday, May 19, 2017 – Georgia State University
