Undergraduate students win problem solving competition

Georgia Tech undergraduate students Gautam Goel (discrete math), Dustin Morado (applied math), Peter Woolfitt (applied math) won first place in the undergraduate team problem solving competition at the second Eagle Undergraduate Mathematics Conference (EUMC 2012). The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Georgia Southern University (Statesboro) hosted this one-day conference on Saturday, March 31, 2012. The students received a trophy which is on display in the School of Mathematics.
