The Southeast Geometry Seminar is a series of semiannual one-day events focusing on geometric analysis. These events are hosted in rotation by the following institutions:
This event will be held on April 12, 2010 in the School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech, Skiles Building Room 269.
Registration: This event is free but registration is requested in order to provide organizers adequate information for participant accommodations. Continue to the registration form.
Program: The following five speakers will give presentations on topics that include geometric analysis, and related fields, such as partial differential equations, general relativity, and geometric topology.

There will also be a late afternoon public lecture by plenary speaker Richard Schoen, Spaces of Positive Curvature. This talk will take place in the Klaus Computing Building Room 1116W at 4:30. Dr. Richard Schoen is a Bass Professor of Humanities and Sciences at Stanford University.
Parking on Campus: There are a number of pay visitor parking lots close to the event venue. All day parking maximum charge is $10.00. Please check the Parking Visitor Website. Area 2 and Area 3 lots are the most convenient to the Skiles building. Map to venue buildings.
