There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Summer 2017 Housing Application is now open! Submit applications by April 11, 2017, to participate in the room self-assign process. Returning students will be able to search for and assign themselves to a summer room from April 12 – 16.
It’s not too late for returning students to apply for Fall 2017 campus housing. Fall room assignments can be viewed in the application, and the online Room Swap process is open.
MOVE OUT INFORMATION
Students who plan to move out of a residence hall or switch to their summer rooms at the end of the Spring 2017 semester should consider the following dates before making travel plans:
An appointment needs to be made with staff at least 24 hours in advance for a check-out and don’t forget – pack that bicycle or store it. No early room changes will be allowed, so if your student needs to leave early, all belongings must be removed from the spring room and an official check-out completed.
