Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, spoke at the Nunn Forum on March 29, reported Fox News. "I think that what happened today in Moscow is an act of brutal terrorism that is certainly, absolutely unacceptable," said Kislyak, in response to the deadly bombings in Moscow that killed 36. He expressed concerns about the specter of nuclear terrorism.
