What is the Leadership Fellows Program?
The Leadership Fellows Program enables faculty, staff and graduate students at Tech to serve as leadership coaches for Georgia Tech students. Leadership Fellows are professionally trained in leadership coaching, earn a stipend (graduate students) or institute recognition (faculty/staff), and is expected to give four to five hours per month for each coachee assigned.
Fellows sharpen and enhance their existing leadership and coaching skills by assisting in the development of GT students who are also eager to improve their leadership abilities. The reason for becoming a Leadership Fellow is quite simple: Develop yourself while developing others.
Take the first step in making an impact in the lives of others by applying today!
